The company intends to develop a pan-India chain of twenty “Three, four and five star” hotel properties in the coming 10 years. In the first phase we have planned to set up hotels across strategic locations in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh. The chain will be branded as Apple Group of Hotels. Several key locations for these hotels have already been identified by the promoters. All of these locations feature large floating populations. These hotels will cater to the middle rung business executive segment and offer great value for money. This segment of the market is presently underserved and offers immense potential for growth and returns on investments. The company may seek tie ups with established hotel brands to boost demand and leverage existing marketing networks.
